1. Information collected
The service may collect a customer name, delivery email, business website, primary service, service area, public Business Profile link, order reference, and the public evidence needed to prepare and support the audit.
2. Information not requested
Do not provide passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, complete customer lists, private analytics exports, medical information, or unrelated personal data. Payment-card information must remain with the hosted payment provider.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to verify an order, communicate transactionally, inspect the authorized public business presence, produce and deliver the report, handle support or refunds, maintain financial records, and meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers
Limited information may be processed by providers used for payments, hosting, email, private file storage, security, and business administration. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. Information is not sold.
5. Retention and security
Working audit material is reviewed for deletion 90 days after delivery unless it is needed for an active correction, dispute, legal requirement, or separately agreed work. Essential transaction and accounting records may be kept for the period required by law. Access is limited to the operating account and necessary providers.
6. Requests and complaints
A person may use the published contact details to request access or correction, ask how information was handled, or raise a privacy concern. Identity will be verified proportionately before account or order information is disclosed.
